Traditional 1000T presses lack the pressure needed to achieve the density required for minimalist frames. Our profiles utilize a 2500T-3600T high-precision extrusion press to ensure the 6063-T5 alloy reaches maximum structural integrity. This prevents warping and allows our slim frames to support extra-large glass panels without sagging.
How does Shenghai ensure the "silk-smooth" operation of its sliding systems?
Smoothness is a result of precision. We use multi-axis Precision CNC Machining to control track tolerances within ±0.01mm. This ultra-fine precision eliminates friction and vibration, ensuring a silent, premium sliding experience even after years of high-frequency use.
